1. Introduction
All the items on this website are uniquely designed and hand-made. The creation process itself is driven by the concept of realizing creative ideas and finding ways to "renew" designs. You can further customize any item you find by submitting your own ideas when ordering.
2. Live out your creativity!
Moving around the site, you'll find several creations that are not for sale, but can be ordered while including your own ideas you'd like to see incorporated in that particular item. These items will have the label "SAMPLE" with details on what can be customized to satisfy your needs.
Some items will be labeled "ONLY ONE" it means that back-ordering is not possible.
3. Ordering

After you have received a confirmation e-mail, the item(s) will be shipped to you within 8 workdays. Cancelling the order is NOT possible after the confirmation e-mail has been sent!

4. Shipping and payment
Shipping deadline is 8 workdays after the confirmation e-mail has been sent. Keeping the deadline and reserving the condition of the ordered items is the shipping company's responsibility.
Delivery options:
* personal pickup (after negotiating in e-mail)
* postal delivery (subject to precise filling of the delivery form)
Payment options::
* cash (pay personally when you pick up the item(s))
* postal transfer (the price of the item(s) and the shipping fee will be paid upon delivery)
* bank transfer (the price of the item(s) and the shipping fee must be paid within 3 days after ordering, if no payment is received the confirmation e-mail will NOT be sent and your order will be cancelled)
